When and where
Sunday mornings
Start point: Olympic Park
Are the rides right for me?
If you can pedal, balance and steer, you are ready for our rides. If you're not sure you can book a cycle lesson to get you started.
We offer a mixture of beginner, intermediate and challenge rides. Rides start from 4 miles long with most of our rides being around 8-12 miles long.
If you are interested in rides of 20+ miles, our Road Club might be for you.
Do I need my own bike?
We have a limited number of free bikes available to borrow for our rides kindly donated by Walk, Wheel, Cycle Trust and stored by UCL.
How to join
Email newham@cyclesisters.org.uk to be added to our WhatsApp group where ride booking details are posted.
